Why should we sell with CrossCourt Land?
We are a family-owned property investment company. We pride ourselves on quick, professional, easy transactions and seller satisfaction.
What types of land do you purchase?
Our family looks for parcels of vacant land that sellers no longer have a use for—and would rather sell for cash than have the burden of property ownership, maintenance, taxes or HOA dues. We have been buying and selling real estate since 2009 and have successfully completed hundreds of purchases.
What is the process?
In most situations we are able to close quickly, and we will pay all of the associated costs of completing this transaction, including back taxes (within reason) as well as title and escrow fees with a local Title Company. The price we agree upon is the amount of the cashier’s check you will receive (no hidden fees).
